TERMS OF SALE, USE & PAYMENTS

Greenspa is a brand owned by Kosalpur Raja Ramchandra Udyog LLP. Henceforth, the use of the term ‘GREENSPA’ whether being used in uppercase letters or lower case letters will signify brand Greenspa, the website, the mobile application, the social media pages and the organization Kosalpur Raja Ramchandra Udyog LLP. The terms we/us/our will mean Greenspa.

While placing an online order to our website www.greenspaindia.com and through our mobile app and through our social media pages; please make a note of below simple steps for your convenience:

  • GreenSpa and the organisation associated with it reserve the right to cancel any order of any customer without assigning any reason. Payment made in such a case will be refunded to the customer with the same channel. We reserve the right to reject any order which has been paid by the customers and in such cases money will be refunded to the customer without any interest or any incidental expenses. However, if such a rejection is initiated while processing the order or after processing the order, we reserve the right to deduct some amount on account of our expenses and in such a case partial refund will be made to the customer. COD order can be rejected and there is no question of any refund etc as money has not been paid by the customer.

  • On successful orders, you will be asked for Customer Information when you will be making the purchases for the first time on www.greenspaindia.com. You may edit the information any time you want.

  • Whatever product you select, there will be an option of ‘Add to Cart’ for the same. Please press the tab ‘Add To Cart’. You may continue with your shopping and may keep adding the products to the cart.

  • Once you have completed your shopping just review your cart. You may add or delete any products from your cart at this time.

  • Here customers will be prompted for their Coupon Code. If you have a ‘Coupon’ then you may apply it here and the same will reflect in your billing after verification. Any additional cost like Gift Wrapping etc. will also be reflected at this stage if there is a provision for the same and if you would have opted for the same.

  • Once you are sure of your purchases, please go for Checkout. This means you confirm your order and are ready for making payments. You have to give your billing and shipping details here. At the time of the checkout you have to tick a check box towards the confirmation that you have read and understood the terms of use, sale, payment and shipment etc. which are mentioned in our policy documents here on this website.

  • Shipping details will be shown to you and cost of the same will also be displayed. Please understand Shipping Details & Freight here before going ahead.

  • Next, you have to choose your Payment Method. You may either choose a method to pay by approved cards/netbanking/payment wallets/UPI codes or you may go for phone order. Confirm your payment method and proceed further by clicking ‘Continue’ tab.

  • If you have chosen cards/netbanking/payment wallets/UPI codes, you will be taken to a secured connection where you may complete the payment procedure. Once you will pay, you will be re-directed to the merchant site and you will find all the details pertaining to your order there including order number. You will also be notified vide an e-mail. You may also share your purchase on Facebook and Twitter with your friends and family by clicking the tabs for these.

  • Once you will press ‘Place Order’ tab here then you will be directed to the order confirmation page. You will find all the details pertaining to your order here, including order number. You will see your order status as ‘Awaiting Payment’ here. You will be contacted by GreenSpa executive to make the payment either by payTM or vide wire transfer. Upon receiving the payment, you order status will be changed and your goods will be dispatched to you. You will be notified about the development vide an e-mail.

  • Duties and Taxes will be applicable as per statutory compliance and product prices will be inclusive of the same.

  • If any state charges any additional Surcharge, the same has to be borne by the customers.

  • Payment is collected by us online towards the good supplied and we collect these payments in advance. Customer may choose to pay by credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, payment wallets and UPI as per the terms and conditions of our payment gateway partner. In select cases we may also collect payment through wire transfer or payTM etc. Customers in that case may place their order by choosing 'Cash On Delivery (COD)' option. We may then contact such customers and may collect payment as per mutual acceptance. However, we reserve the right to reject these COD Orders and may not supply to the customers. Also, we reserve the right to reject any other order also which has been paid by the customers and in such cases money will be refunded to the customer without any interest or any incidental expenses. However, if such a rejection is initiated while processing the order or after processing the order, we reserve the right to deduct some amount on account of our expenses and in such a case partial refund will be made to the customer.

  • Kosalpur Raja Ramchandra Udyog LLP (Brand Greenspa) and its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, manufacturing partners or content or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
