SHIPPING POLICY

Greenspa is a brand owned by Kosalpur Raja Ramchandra Udyog LLP. Henceforth, the use of the term ‘GREENSPA’ whether being used in uppercase letters or lower case letters will signify brand Greenspa, the website, the mobile application, the social media pages and the organization Kosalpur Raja Ramchandra Udyog LLP. The terms we/us/our will mean Greenspa.

We ship our products across India employing the services of reputed courier companies with delivery tracking status and confirmation. The applicable shipping charges depends upon factors like weight of the consignment, volume of the consignment, destination of the consignment and the type of delivery (like normal or express) that you avail. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer.

The cost of shipping will be displayed at the time of checkout when you place the order on the website. Alternatively, if you place the order through some other medium then the cost of shipping will be told to you before you make the payments and your final payment will be inclusive of freight charges.

Currently, we are delivering to overseas markets.

Once you confirm your order and make the payments, goods are shipped to you with-in 24 to 48 hours. We shall notify you with-in this time frame if the goods you ordered are out of stock and/or are not deliverable due to some reasons. In that case you may either opt for changing your order with the similar value or may take the refund of the money that you paid to us.

Normally, unless the destinations are far off or are at deviated routes, the delivery takes place with-in 3 to 7 days after the dispatch of the products depending upon the reach of the courier company. Though, we try our level best to ensure the prompt delivery of your goods, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or deviation as the delivery is carried out by the courier company.

We at GreenSpa do not assume any responsibility for any loss of the customer due to goods being damaged, leaked, spilt, de-shaped or broken after the consignment is picked up from our location by customer’s courier company. You may, however, opt for an insurance policy at your cost to cover the probable losses.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

The terms we/us/our will mean Greenspa.

Please be assured that we take utmost care and precaution while despatching goods to you to ensure safe delivery of your package.

Further, since the products are related to personal care, GreenSpa does not offer replacement or return of the products bought by the customers. We repeat for being clearly understood that we do not accept return of the product under any circumstance since the products are of personal nature. However, in case of a wrong delivery of the product due to mismatch of the order, the correct order will be delivered to you at no extra cost. In such a case customers should not tamper the seal or should not mishandle the wrongly delivered goods that need a replacement.

If customer notices that a consignment may be carrying damaged stuff, they may refuse to take the delivery and may write to us, preferably with the picture of the consignment, for sending a new consignment. Upon verification of the same and after establishing the correctness of the claim, GreenSpa will send you the replacement consignment at no extra cost. However, this facility is available only in India. If the goods are received by the customer then there will be no replacement, exchange or return.

If customer receives spoilt goods, GreenSpa will replace such products provided its seal has not been tampered with, in any manner.

Customers have to provide copy of the payment receipt for all the exchanges and replacements alongwith photographs of the product and photograph of the packing. We strongly recommend customers to make a video of the outer packing and then while opening the product for record purpose. Such eveidences help faster resolution of the problem.

If in some extreme conditions, a refund is to be initiated the sme should be raised vide an email to info@greenspaindia.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product and it will be processed with in 5-7 days from the request date.
